Returns, exchanges, and refunds requested by customers / お客様都合による返品・交換・返金	Because ThreadDetect is a digital service, exchanges are not available. A full refund of the first subscription payment may be requested within seven calendar days after the initial charge. When the refund is approved, access ends immediately. Renewal payments are non-refundable, and no prorated refunds or credits are provided for ordinary cancellations. Defective or unavailable service / サービスの不具合・提供不能の場合	If a confirmed technical defect attributable to ThreadDetect prevents material use of the paid service, please contact prashant@threaddetect.com. We will investigate and, as appropriate, restore the service, provide a reasonable alternative, or issue a refund as required by applicable law. / ThreadDetectに起因する技術的不具合により、有料サービスの重要な機能を利用できない場合は、prashant@threaddetect.com までご連絡ください。状況を確認し、必要に応じてサービスの復旧、合理的な代替対応、または適用法令に従った返金を行います。
Subscription term and automatic renewal / 契約期間・自動更新	The subscription has no minimum commitment and continues monthly until cancelled. It renews automatically each month. / 最低利用期間はなく、解約されるまで月単位で継続し、毎月自動更新されます。
Cancellation / 解約	Customers may cancel at any time through the billing-management link in their ThreadDetect account. Except when an eligible first-payment refund is requested, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access continues until that date. / ThreadDetectアカウント内の請求管理リンクからいつでも解約できます。初回決済の返金条件を満たす返金申請を行う場合を除き、解約は現在の支払済み期間の終了時に有効となり、それまではサービスを利用できます。
